Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Juan Salas, Senior Pastor

As the primary teaching pastor, Pastor Juan has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. His desire is to establish the church with a solid biblical foundation based on the faithful exposition of the Word of God.  His vision includes the importance of creating healthy and thriving families through the Word of God. Pastor Salas provides encouragement and accountability to the body of the Church.  His passion is to train men and women for ministry worldwide and create leaders of destiny.   Pastor Salas also hosts his weekly radio program called “Patrullaje Informativo Bíblico.”
On his secular job, Pastor Salas holds the title of Lieutenant of Police in the Dallas Metropolitan area.
–El Pastor Salas usa sus talentos como maestro y expositor de las sagradas escrituras para presentar el mensaje a través de enseñanzas aplicables a nuestros días. Su manera dinámica y ilustraciones peculiares animan a los oyentes a crecer en su fe y servicio a Dios.
Nuestro Pastor tiene más de 18 años sirviendo al Señor en diferentes áreas en la Iglesia. El ha servido como Director de Escuela Dominical y Asistente pastoral de una iglesia local. El Señor lo usa en la conserjería y como conferencista para la familia y Juventud. Por otra parte, el Pastor Salas tiene más de 18 años sirviendo como oficial de policía activo en el áreas metropolitana de Dallas/Ft, Worth, Texas. El Pastor Salas ha ejercido el trabajo de detective de Homicidios y Robos. Otro de sus asignamientos del cuerpo policiaco fue de Supervisor de la unidad de Ante-Pandillas y actualmente tiene el título de Teniente de Policía.
